Discovery and the Three Audits

Discovery and the Three Audits is the mandatory first phase of every Brand North engagement: a full account and attribution audit, a technical and schema audit of the website, and a CRM and admissions process audit, completed before any number is promised or any campaign is touched.

The Account and Attribution Audit

A full review of current spend, campaigns, and whatever attribution already exists, to establish an honest baseline and identify where waste is likely hiding before a single dollar of new spend goes anywhere.

The Technical and Schema Audit

A review of the website's technical health and structured data, including location-level schema, entity markup, and page speed, since a broken or unverified technical foundation undermines every other discipline built on top of it.

The CRM and Admissions Process Audit

A review of how leads move through the CRM today, whether calls are tracked to source, whether VOB and disposition are being captured, and where the current process loses data or loses patients.

Why Nothing Is Promised First

A cost-per-admission figure quoted before these three audits run is a guess, not a commitment. Brand North commits to a documented baseline and a written target only after discovery, because that's the only number built on what an account shows rather than what a sales conversation hopes it will show.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why won't Brand North quote a cost-per-admission target before the audits are done?

Because any number offered before opening the account and reviewing the CRM would be an estimate, not a verified figure, and Brand North's own standard doesn't allow reporting a number that can't be traced.

What do we need to provide for the audits?

Access to current ad accounts, CRM data, and the website's backend, along with whatever reporting the current or prior agency has been providing, so the baseline reflects the real account, not a partial view of it.

How long do the three audits take?

Typically the first few weeks of a new engagement, run in parallel rather than back to back, so Diagnose can move into Build without unnecessary delay.
